5-story Italianate residential building completed around 1860 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in brownstone with four bays of segmental-arched windows, each with a projecting sill. A black iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with large modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Tribeca Dental Design.
