4-story Italianate residential building completed around 1880. It is faced in beige smooth-stucco above a metal-and-glass storefront. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings, with bracketed sills. A red iron fire escape runs down the south two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a dark-red metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Blockheads Burritos.
