5-story residential building completed in 1870. It is faced in pale-yellow smooth-stucco above a grey stone ground floor with a black metal-and-glass storefront. The glass door to the upper floors is at the west end. The upper floors are slightly set back, with a narrow terrace at the 2nd floor fronted by a metal railing.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, with metal air-conditioning vents cut below the western bay. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is topped by a brick roof parapet with a stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Aba Turkish restaurant.
