5-story residential building completed in 1878. It is clad in brownstone on the west facade, and red brick on the north facade, above a ground floor of beige polished granite. The west facade on the avenue has a storefront with glass double-doors at the north end, and two plate-glass windows to the south, under green canvas awnings that wrap around to the west end of the north facade, where there are two more plate-glass store windows. Farther east are two smaller, high-set horizontal windows, also with awnings, and then a glass door to the upper floors. At the east end there is a 2-story extension that was re-built in 2021. Its new facade is faced in white-painted concrete, with three double-height, segmental-arched window bays. The eastern one incorporates a glass door, and there are blue spandrel panels between the two floors within each bay.

The upper floors on the west facade have four bays of single-windows, with a black metal fire escape landing across the three south bays at the 2nd floor. The north facade has five bays of single-windows, and both facades are crowned by bracketed black metal roof cornices. The 2-story extension at the east end has three bays of large, white-wood-framed French doors with metal balconettes, and has a stone coping on top. The east elevation of the main building section is clad in brown brick and has four bays of single-windows with flat stone lintels. Running down this facade are a black metal fire escape, a black metal vent shaft, and a number of silver metal pipes. The ground floor are 2-story east extension are occupied by Paris Baguette.
