5-story residential building completed in 1883. It is faced in grey-painted smooth-stucco, with a narrow central entrance. The glass door and transom are framed in a white stone molding with a keystone. There are two tall, narrow windows one either side. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with simple stone sills, also painted. A brown iron fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is capped by a stone coping.
