7-story modernist residential building completed in 1961. Designed by Leo Stillman, it is clad in reddish-brown brick. There is a central entrance with a glass door and sidelights, framed by white marble with a cornice. Stretching to either side are low brick walls with planters.

Above the entrance is a bay of paired windows. To either side are two very slightly-projecting bays of triple-windows (double-windows at the ground floor). At the ends are a bay of single-windows followed by a bay of double-windows. Metal air-conditioning vents are located below the end bays and toward the corners of the projecting bays, which also have black iron fire escapes beginning at the 3rd floor. The windows all have stone sills and lintels. The two projecting sections have stone caps and there is a stone coping topping the roof line. The building contains 68 apartment units.
