 cooperative, apartment building

6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1933. It is clad in beige brick with three bays of paired windows. At the ground floor there are tall round-arches open to a recessed wall behind, that has the 1st-floor windows and basement-level windows separated by metal spandrel panels. An opening through the 2nd arch from the east leads down a stairway to the sunken basement-level entrance, with a glass door. The other arches has low metal railings.

Two narrow vertical grooves separate the three bays. The outer windows in the end bays, and both windows in the middle bay, have air-conditioning vents below them. A cream-colored metal fire escape runs down the middle bay of the facade, which is capped by a metal coping. The building was converted to a cooperative in 1988, and has 32 apartments.
