5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1887. It is clad in brownstone, painted a medium-brown shade, and rough-faced on the ground floor and basement level. A small stoop leads up to the central entrance with a paneled wood door with an oval glass pane, sidelight, and transom. The stoop has black iron handrails and fencing extends around the areaways on either side. Two pilasters on paneled bases, with brackets supporting a cornice, frame the doorway. To either side is a large window with a full stone surround, and below these are basement windows.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full stone surrounds, including bracketed sills and cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the east two bays, and another is shared by the matching, neighboring building on the west, covering the end bay. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with fluted brackets and modillions, and panels. The east elevation is faced in brown stucco, with a bay of single-windows at the rear, and some smaller windows just behind the southern of the two small light wells.
