10-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by FX Fowle Architects, it is clad in Trespa panels to give it a warm, natural reddish wood appearance, above a ground floor c lad in banded, 2-tone grey granite. The facade is ten bays wide, with the entrance in the center two bays, where the red Trespa paneling extends down to the ground floor around the entry (with a low grey granite base). There are glass double-doors and a sidelight, recessed behind a beveled white stone frame. There is a gap around the outer edge of the frame, giving it a floating appearance.

Although the ground floor is flush except for its "floating" stone entrance surround, the rest of the façade has three major indentations and a few angles. To the east and west of the entrance are two bays of double-windows flanking two bays of single-windows, with iron grilles at the ground floor. The two bays above the base have single-windows. The eastern end bay projects out slightly to align with the ground floor, with its windows set at the edge of the projection, at the right. They have grey metal casements, and at the 5th & 8th floors are replaced by recessed French doors opening onto balconies with glass railings. This bay, along with the single-window bay to the right, set back above the 8th floor, and the two single-window bays both angle slightly forward back to the building line.

The two bays with the main entrance also follow the same angle, recessed at the east end, where the double-window bay left of the entrance also has metal casements, and small side panes where they meet the set-back facade. Here the 3rd, 6th, & 9th floors have recessed balconies. This bay and the angled single-window bay to the left both set back above the 9th floor.

The double-window bay to the right of the entrance is again flush with the ground floor, matching the one to the left, except with its recessed balconies at the 4th, 7th, & 10th floors. The three western bays set back above the 8th floor, with the two single-window bays recessed at the left and angling back to the building line at the right. The west end bay is flush with the base and has recessed balconies at the 5th & 8th floors.

The west elevation is clad in the red Trespa panels at the front. A very narrow vertical band of small windows with narrow grey metal spandrels between them separates the front section from the 10-story rear section that is faced in white concrete and has a bay of single-windows next to the column of narrow windows.

The rear, south-facing facade is white concrete, with bays of single- and double-windows. Next to the west end bay, the next four bays project far out to the south, and there is a setback above the 8th floor. The building contains 67 condominium units.
