4-story Italianate residential building completed in the 1870s. It is clad in white-painted brick above a black metal-and-glass storefront. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black-painted, bracketed stone sills and lintels with black metal cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the south two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by The Jin Korean fried chicken restaurant.
