161-foot, 17-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1929. Designed by Joseph A. Moller, it is clad in dark-red brick, with a greyer shade at the 2-story base. The central entrance has brass-and-glass double-doors set below a tall round-arch that extends into the 2nd floor, edged in red brick. A rounded, green canvas canopy extends out over the sidewalk.

To the west of the entry is bay of double-windows, a small single-window bay, another double-window bay, and another small window next to paired windows at the end (except at the ground floor, where there is a round-arched opening with a metal door to the basement, next to a double-window. To the east of the entry are two small single-windows, two bays of double-windows, and an end bay of double-windows next to a smaller single-window. All of the windows at the base have brick lintels, and those on the ground floor have iron grilles. Above the entrance, the middle bay at the upper floors has double-windows. All of the double-windows are separate by black iron mullions. There are some protruding air-conditioning units dotting the facade, and a simple metal coping at the main roof line. There is a recessed penthouse level above.

The west elevation is also clad in brick, with a bay of single-windows at the front. Farther back there is a wide light well. Its rear wall has a bay of paired windows and two bays of double-windows, while the north- and south-facing inner walls of the light well have two bays of single-windows. There is a smaller light well on the east facade, to the north of which is a bay of double-windows and a bay of single-windows.

The north-facing rear facade has end bays with small single-windows. In between are, from east to west, a single-window and double-window bay, a bay of small single-windows, two bays of double-windows, two bays of small single-windows framing a bay of paired windows, and another bay of paired windows. The building contains 235 apartments.
