6-story Neo-Classical cooperative-apartment building completed in 1911. It was built as a factory, along with the matching building to the east. Both have undergone some exterior alterations and are now residential. The facade is clad in buff-colored brick above a ground floor of white stone, glass, and metal.

The ground floor has four bays separated by paneled stone piers with cartouches at their tops. The main entrance is slightly recessed at the west end, with glass double-doors in grey metal framing, next to a non-recessed window. There is a small silver metal canopy above, topped by three 2-over-2 window panes. The opposite end bay at the east is similar, but with non-recessed glass double-doors to a commercial space that have a narrow sidelight opposite the side with the window. The two middle bays also have three sets of 2-over-2 window panes above the main triple-windows, which are covered by metal grilles. A white stone entablature caps the entire ground floor, with a decorative molding just below the crowning band course.

The upper floors have white stone quoins at the edges, with single-windows at the end bays, with simple stone sills and splayed white stone lintels with keystones. The two middle bays are divided by white iron pilasters with paneling and seashell capitals. They both have triple-windows with white metal framing and projecting stone sills. There are four simple brick spandrel panels between floors.

The facade is topped by a band of brick modillions surmounted by a roof parapet, stepped down in the center. It was converted to a cooperative in 1985 and has 22 apartments. The east part of the ground floor is occupied by Clinton Veterinary Center.
