4-story Italianate residential building completed in the 1870s. It is clad in red-painted brick above a wood, metal, and glass storefront with a wood-and-glass door to the upper floors at the south end, below a transom. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with white-painted, bracketed stone sills and white metal cornices. A white metal fire escape runs down the middle bay of the facade, which is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Casabianca restaurant.
