141-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 1960. Designed by S. J. Kessler & Sons, it is clad in light-brown brick. The facade is eight bays wide, with the end bays set back and fronted by concrete balconies with metal railings. The entrance is in the 4th bay from the west, with recessed glass doors framed by beige marble. To the left is a recessed, frosted-glass window behind a decorative metal screen. Both of these bays are topped by a stainless-steel band, and a rounded, green canvas canopy covers the doors.

The end bays have double-windows, with the balconies accessed by metal-and-glass doors in the side walls. The other bays has triple-windows, with continuous concrete sill and lintel courses running below and above. Metal air-conditioning vents are located below and to the right of each bay, and a simple metal coping caps the roof line. The building contains 118 apartment units.
