4-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is clad in red brick above a white-painted stone ground floor. The entrance, roughly at the center, has a glass-and-metal door and sidelight, covered by a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To the left are two double-windows, and to the right is a single-window and a double-window; there are also a few metal vents at sidewalk level.

The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows with bracketed white stone sills and lintels with white metal cornices. A pair of red metal fire escapes runs down the facade, which is topped by a parapet and metal coping where an original roof cornice used to be.
