2-story mercantile building completed in 1932. It has been remodeled several times, and now has a facade of black stone tiles with tan stone at the northwest corner and at the center of the north elevation. The building, now occupied by a McDonald's, has a main entrance with glass doors facing the avenue, flanked by plate-glass windows, and a metal service door at the south end. The 2nd floor has a large studio window. The north facade on 56th Street has a pair of wide plate-glass show-windows at the west end, a secondary glass-door entrance near the middle (next to the tan stone area), and double metal service doors at the east end. The 2nd floor has bands of wide windows.
