10-story mid-century modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1957. Designed by S. J. Kessler & Sons, it is clad in red brick. The front facade spans a total of 12 bays, with the two end bays set back; they have projecting, white concrete balconies with red metal railings above the ground floor, and glass French doors opening onto the balconies. The ground floor at the east end has an entrance to the underground parking garage. All of the other bays have triple-windows, except for the two middle bays, which have double-windows. At the ground floor the main entrance is at these two bays, with glass double-doors at the right and a plate-glass window at the left, all framed in grey stone, and with a rounded black canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk.

The ground-floor windows have wrought-iron grilles, and are lined with thin, white stone string courses above and below; they have black metal air-conditioning vents below them as well. On the upper floors the windows have thin, white stone sills at each bay, and red metal vents below them, offset to the right. A simple metal coping caps the roof line.

The west elevation is clad in red brick with no openings. The building contains 147 apartments.
