6-story early-modern residential building completed in 1954. Designed by I. L. Crausman, it is clad in red brick. The middle section of the facade is slightly recessed between the ends, and there is a central entrance with glass double-doors framed by white marble and covered by a rounded navy-blue canvas canopy. On either side, the middle section has a double-window and a small bathroom window. The end wings both have a small bathroom window flanked by double-windows. The inner double-window is positioned at the edge of the wing and wraps around the corners, with another pane on the side wall.

The upper floors are the same, except for in the middle section, where the two double-windows are replaced by single-windows, and there are two center bays of double-windows above the entrance. On either side of the entrance there is landscaping behind low iron fencing, and at the east end there is a stairway down to a basement door. A pair of black metal fire escapes runs down the outer edges of the middle section of the facade, and a simple metal coping caps the roof line.

The building contains 62 apartment units.
