5-story residential building completed in 1891. It is clad in orange brick above a beige-painted, rough-faced and rusticated stone ground floor. The central entrance, with glass door, sidelight, and transom, is atop a small stoop and framed by plain pilasters carrying an entablature. There is a large window with white wooden framing on either side. A white cornice caps the base.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with stone sills and replacement red brick where the lintels have been removed. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a plain, red-painted roof parapet where the original roof cornice once stood. The east elevation is clad in grey brick with windows along the light well at the center.
