Add category
1-story commercial building completed in 1952. Designed by Peter P. Muller as an office, it was soon converted to mercantile purposes. The building is clad in brick, now painted dark-grey. Along the avenue there are three large window bays. The south facade on 52nd Street has a recessed entrance with a glass door at the west end. At the east end are two smaller, square windows and another glass door with a sidelight. The roof line is marked by a stone coping. The building was previously occupied by gymnastics studio Bounce and Flip.
