6-story residential building completed in 1885. It was built to a matching design (only slightly narrower) with the neighboring building to the east. The facade is clad in red-painted brick (brown at the ground floor) above a low base of brown-painted stone at sidewalk level. There is a central entrance, atop a very small stoop. It has a red wood-and-glass door with a very narrow sidelight and tall transom. To either side is a large window with an iron grille.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with brownstone sills and flat, eared lintels. The sills and lintels are joined by brown-painted bands at each floor. A brown metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with narrow modillions and a paneled frieze with wide swags; there is a console bracket at both ends.
