5-story Neo-Grec cooperative-apartment building completed around 1880. It is faced in brown-painted brownstone. The ground floor has a central entrance with a glass door and sidelight, atop a small stoop and covered by a dark-red canvas clamshell canopy. There is a square, 2-over-2 window on either side, and a basement areaway to the left of the stoop.
The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full stone surrounds, including bracketed sills and lintels with incised ornament. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade.
