3-story residential building originally completed in 1876 as a carriage house. Now converted to a single-family home, it combines a residence, garage, and studio. The facade is white stucco, with two bays at the ground floor, each containing brown metal infill with metal doors and high windows inset at the left sides. The 2nd floor has a band of four almost-square windows, and the end piers feature cast-iron heads above garlands and leaves, serving as bases for the grand arch that spans the top floor. The arch contains four windows, and above it is a simple roof parapet, capped by a stone coping and glass railing fronting a roof deck.
