5-story residential building originally completed in 1882. The current facade of red brick dates from 1959. The ground floor has a central entrance up a couple of steps, with a glass door, narrow sidelight, and transom. There is a double-window in black metal framing on either side. The upper floors have two bays of double-windows in black metal framing. Each window bay has an air-conditioning vent cut below it, and a black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, with the landings extending onto the inner window at each bay.
