4-story residential building completed around 1880. It is faced in light, sea-green stucco above a ground-floor with a black metal-and-glass storefront and a grey metal-and-glass door to the upper floors on the south end. The 2nd floor has a projecting terrace with a metal railing and three posts supporting a metal roof awning. The upper floors all have three bays of single-windows with bracketed sills and arched lintels. The facade is crowned by a red-painted metal roof cornice with four large console brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. The lower two floors are occupied by BarKogi restaurant and bar.
