4-story residential building completed around 1880. It is clad in light-beige cast-stone above a dark-red, paneled iron storefront. The storefront has a recessed glass door to the right of two display-windows, and there is a multi-paned glass door to the upper floors at the north end. The 2nd floor, also commercial, has a wide band of windows with black metal framing. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with stone sills and simple keystones at the tops. The facade is capped by a modest stone cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Morning Star Cafe, with Forrest Sign Company on the 2nd floor.
