4-story residential building completed in the 1880s. It is faced in grey smooth-stucco on the top two floors, above brown metal-and-glass storefronts on the lower two. The ground floor has a narrow glass door at the south end to the upper floors. The 2nd floor has a projecting terrace enclosed by a carved wood and metal railing, behind which is a band of large window-doors.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with simple sills and arched lintels. The facade is capped by a simple metal coping, stepped up slightly at the very ends. The lower floors are occupied by Socarrat restaurant.
