4-story residential building completed in about 1890. It is clad in brownstone above a metal-and-glass storefront with a large canvas awning. The 2nd floor has three sets of green-painted wood-and-glass French doors opening onto a small terrace with a wrought-iron railing and planter boxes. The upper floors have three bays of multi-paned windows in black stone surrounds. A black fire escape runs down the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets and carved panels. The lower two floors are occupied by Crave Fishbar.
