5-story commercial building completed in 1928. Designed by Jacob J. Gloster as a factory as laundry, it is clad in red-painted brick. There are four main bays with two smaller end bays. At the ground floor the end bays have black metal double-doors. The eastern middle bay has a garage door with a roll-down metal gate, the next bay has a narrow glass door and adjoining window, and the other two middle bays have double-windows.

The upper floors have single-windows in the end bays and double-windows in the middle bays, with black metal mullions. At the roof parapet there are three triangular pediments, and the words "BURER SERVICE LAUNDRY CO." are still visible, embossed into the brick. The windowless east elevation is faced in rough, white parged stucco, and the west elevation is clad in dark ironspot brick with a double-window at the rear of the top floor. The ground floor is now occupied by Champion Stamp Company.
