7-story modernist residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Smith-Miller + Hawkinson Architects, it includes nine triplex townhouses along 53rd Street with their own private entrances and access to a private underground parking garage. The design integrates flats, duplexes, and duplex penthouses within a dynamically-folded glass façade with silver metal framing. The lower two floors are also faced in grey pre-cast concrete.
The townhouses stretch along the east part of the facade, each fronted by a wall with a metal gate enclosing a patio area. The 2nd floor has a continuous band of windows, and the upper floors (comprising the glass curtain wall) cantilever out, in a series of angled projections. There are also a pair of metal service doors at the far east end of the ground floor. To the west of the townhouses, there is a recessed glass wall at the ground floor with the main building entrance at the left. Another set of service doors and a parking garage entrance take up the far west end of the ground floor. The curtain wall begins at the 2nd floor to the west of the townhouses, and the angled facet at the far west end has projecting balconies with glass railings.
There is a 2-story extension at the west end reaching through to 54th Street. It has a metal service door and a secondary entrance with a glass door next to a large window at the ground floor, above which the facade is clad in grey corrugated metal. The building has a total of 83 condominium units.
