5-story commercial building completed in 1886. It is clad in red brick. The ground floor has two doors at the west side, both with decorative black metal gates, and covered by a black canvas clamshell canopy. To the right is a show-window with a stone sill and sloped, black canvas awning.

The upper floors have three bays of double-windows with flat, white stone lintels. There is a setback above the 4th floor, with short parapet at the ends and a metal railings between them fronting a patio. The recessed top floor is also brick with short, high-set windows above the French doors that open onto the patio. The windowless side elevations are also clad in red brick.
