7-story residential building completed in 1986. It was built as apartments but converted to condominiums in 1988. The facade is clad in dark-red brick, with six main bays. The three western bays, as well as the east end bay, have double-windows; the other two bays have wide 4-pane windows. At the ground floor, the 3rd bay from the east contains the entrance, with glass-and-metal double-doors framed by a brick arch and topped by a red canvas canopy. On either side, fences front the ground-floor windows. All of the windows have stone sills and brick lintels, and there are black metal air-conditioning vents below them.

There is also a black metal service door at the ground floor, between the two westernmost bays. The windows in the two western bay are set slightly higher than the others, and at the roof line, there is a large, semicircular cutout from the parapet at these two bays. The building contains 34 condominium units.
