10-story residential building completed in 1993. Designed by Richard Dattner, it was built as housing for low-income senior citizens. The facade is clad in red brick, it is ten bays wide, with the end bays and the two middle bays set-back. The central entance spans two bays at the ground floor, with glass-and-metal double-doors framed in tan stone and fronted by two pairs of white stone Doric columns supporting a white entablature. There is a small window on either side of the doorway in the recessed middle area.

The end bays each have double-windows, as do the outer bays of the non-recessed areas. The other four bays have single-windows; those on the ground floor have metal grilles. All of the windows have metal air-conditioning vents below the tan concrete sills and are topped by concrete lintels. There is a large setback above the 7th floor, and a tall water tower enclosure rising up from the center of the roof. The east elevation is clad in plain red brick with no openings. On the rear facade of the building, the two middle bays project slightly. The building contains 99 apartment units.
