5-story residential building completed in 1880. It is clad in red-orange brick and originally had a central parlor-floor entrance atop a small stoop. This has been converted to a window (wider and slightly higher than the pairs on either side), and the entrance moved to the former basement level, now treated as the ground floor. A set of sideways steps leads down to the black metal door, which is flanked by two windows on each side, with iron grilles. A brownstone lintel course caps the 1st floor.

The upper floors (above the parlor floor) have four bays of single-windows, and all the windows have brown-painted stone sills and brown metal cornices. Air-conditioning vents are cut below the windows in the east bay on each floor. A brown metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels.
