6-story modernist residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Garth Hayden, it is clad in painted pre-cast concrete with bands of metal and glass at each floor. The ground floor has a metal-and-glass entrance at the east end, and a restaurant storefront at the right clad in textured grey brick; the restaurant entrance is recessed at the west end, with a wood-and-glass door.

The upper floors are painted light-grey, with L-shaped colored areas at several corners, painted in bright red, green, and blue. The building contains 9 furnished apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Torishin restaurant.
