66-foot, 7-story modernist residential building completed in 2016. Designed by Ariel Aufgang, it is clad in various shades of grey brick, metal and glass. At the base it has a water table of black polished granite, which also framed the entrance at the west end, with slightly-recessed glass double-doors below a black metal canopy. To the left are two wide window openings and one narrow one, covered by white metal grilles, and a metal service door at the east end.

The upper floors have four bays of square window openings; the two eastern bays are grouped together and separated by a black metal mullion (brick at the 2nd floor). Both of these bays and the one to the right have double-windows at the top, above a shorter pane at the lower left and a metal air-conditioning vents at the lower right. The easternmost bay has triple-windows, with the vent in the lower-center, and unlike the other bays, it has black metal spandrels between floors. The roof line is marked by a slightly-recessed black metal parapet with a stone cap. The building contains 17 apartment units.
