A pair of 7-story modernist residential buildings completed in 2018. The buildings replace a 2-story television studio where the Montel Williams Show was recorded. The new buildings are connected by a central courtyard. Both have facades clad in orange-tan brick, with five large bays of multi-pane industrial-style windows. The west and middle bays are narrower, with 2-over-4 panes, as opposed to the 3-over-4 panes in the other bays. The main entrance is at the west end on 53rd Street. At the top the brick piers extend up above the roof line, with metal railings in between them, fronting a roof deck. Together, the complex contains 60 apartment units.
