5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1890. The adjoining building on the west is identical. The lower two floors are faced in brownstone, with the upper floors clad in brown and tan brick. A low stoop leads to the round-arched central entrance, with recessed wood-and-glass double-doors and a fanlight. There are decorative carvings along the arch and in the architraves, framed by rope moldings with florid capitals at the cornice that runs above the 1st floor. On either side are paired round-arched windows, with heavy rustications along the arches, and rusticated piers between the windows. Panels below each window are carved with varied floral patterns, and there are basement windows with iron railings around the areaways.

The 2nd floor has four bays of windows, framed by rough-faced quoins and rough-faced splayed lintels. The bays of the 3rd-4th floors are framed by pilasters of brown brick, projecting slightly out from the tan brick facade. They have stylized capitals at the 4th floor, from which spring brownstone round-arches with geometric carvings in the architraves. The 3rd-floor windows are square-headed, and those on the 4th floor are round-arched, with paneled brownstone spandrels between the two floors. Another band course sets off the top floor, which also has round-arched windows. A brown iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with modillions and a frieze with a Greek-fret pattern.
