4-story residential building completed in 1878. It consists of two 4-story blocks (the wider one at the east) joined by a 1-story connection in the middle. The ground floor is mostly stuccoed and painted bright red, with a glass-and-metal storefront along the avenue. At the west end is the residential entrance to the west block, with a recessed red metal door at the top of a small set of steps, framed by red iron pilasters. The entrance to the upper floors of the east block is at the north end on the avenue, with a grey metal door with a vertical glass pane, framed by grey stone and stucco.

The upper floors are clad in orange-red brick. The east facade facing the avenue has five bays of single-windows with simple stone sills and flat lintels. On the south elevation, the east block has three widely-spaced bays of single-windows, and the west block has three closer-spaced windows with slightly more prominent lintels and also brackets on the sills at the 3rd & 4th floors. Both the east and south facades are crowned by green metal roof cornices with console brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.

The walls facing inward above the 1-story connecting section are also brick, parged on the east-facing wall. They west-facing wall has five bays of single-windows, and the east-facing wall has two bays toward the north end, fronted by a green metal fire escape. The west-facing wall has a fire escape with wider landings. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by a Duane-Reade pharmacy that also extends into the ground floor of the neighboring building to the north.
