5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1885. It is surfaced in beige stucco. The ground floor has a central entrance with a glass door, sidelight, and transom, flanked by paneled and fluted pillars with stylized capitals; similar pillars marks the ends of the ground floor, with a grey cornice capping the floor. The two bays flanking the entry have various infill of stucco, vents, and metal screens, with two narrow utility doors.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full surrounds. The facade is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and dentils.
