5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1910. It is clad in red brick with white trim. The 1st floor has large windows - three on either side of the entrance, with another separated at the east end. The entrance is raised at the top of a small stoop, with a glass-and-metal door and sidelight, under a rounded, black canvas canopy that extends down along the stoop. There is a wall lantern on either side of the doorway. The entry bay, as well as the two windows to the left and the three to the right, all have white stone lintels and cornices; the west three are set slightly lower. The two windows at the east end have flat, white-painted stone lintels. All of the windows on this floor have iron grilles, and there are small, white brackets below the lintels. The windows are joined at the tops by ribbed brick bands across the piers, with white stone banding above and below. Areaways on either side of the stoop expose the basement level, with smaller windows; the areaway is enclosed by a black iron fence.
The upper floors have 12 bays of single-windows with white-painted stone sills, joined by white-painted bands, and flat white stone lintels, also joined between each window at the shoulder level. There are short corbel bands on the piers directly below the bands joining the lintels. Three black metal fire escapes run down the facade, which is crowned by a white stone roof parapet that projects out in steps slightly. The fire escapes extend up to the roof line, where they break the parapet in three places, accessing the landscaped rooftop garden.
The building contains 40 apartments.
