5-story residential building completed in 1884. It is clad in red brick above a rusticated limestone ground floor. The central entrance has a glass door and transom, slightly recessed in a flat stone frame. There are two tall, narrow windows to either side, with bracketed stone sills and hooded lintels with carved rosettes. A small stone cornice caps the ground floor.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with bracketed stone sills and flat, tan-painted lintels joined at the shoulders; these bands extends onto the end piers that project slightly. There is a continuous stone sills course with mild corbeling at the top floor, and a corbel course at the top of the 5th floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a brick roof parapet in a different shade, itself with corbelling across the top and a surmounting metal coping.
