4-story cooperative-apartment building completed in about 1880. It is clad in red brick (with peeling white paint) above a white-painted brick ground floor. A small, 3-step stoop leads up to the central entrance with a wood-and-glass paneled door with 15 panes below a transom. There is a double-window on either side, covered by iron grilles. The ends of the ground floor are framed by green cast-iron paneled piers, and there is a broad, green-painted stone lintel across the top.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with grey-green painted stone sills and lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils, and panels.
