5-story residential building completed in 1886. It is faced in beige smooth stucco. The central entrance has a small stoop crossing the basement areaway, which is enclosed by an iron fence. The entrance has a recessed glass door, sidelight, and transom, flanked by two large windows.

The upper floors have four bays of narrower windows, all with plain stone sills. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is capped by a plain roof parapet with a metal coping.
