4-story residential building completed in 1870. It is set far back from the street, fronted by a slighty-raised grove of shrubs behind an iron fence. There is a gate at the west end with a path back to the building, which is faced in grey stucco, with a ground floor of darker-grey stone in the form of thin horizontal blocks of different sizes. A couple of angled steps from the walkway lead down to the entrance, with windows on either side.

The upper floors have five bays of single-windows, shorter on the 2nd floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the 2nd & 3rd bays from the east, and the facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels.
