4-story residential building completed around 1880. The 3-bay facade is clad in red brick above a brownstone raised basement that now serves as the ground floor, with a new entrance replacing the former stoop at the east bay. The entrance has a black metal door, down a couple steps, and a black metal fence encloses the area in front of the building.

The tall windows of the parlor floor (now the 2nd floor) have metal grilles and small Juliet balcony railings at the bottoms. The upper floors have brown-painted stone sills and flat lintels; the lintels are also on the 2nd-floor windows. The facade is crowned by a black metal bracketed roof cornice. There is some non-matching brick around the 2nd floor\'s east window, where the original entrance was located.
