3-story commercial building completed in 1938 as a warehouse. It is clad in red brick, with four bays of segmental-arched windows on the upper floors. The ground floor has an aluminum-and-glass double-door, surrounded by aluminum-and-glass sidelight and transom. To the left are three windows in white aluminum framing. Two horizontal bands of dark-grey stone cross the ground floor, which is covered by a sloped, dark-grey awning. A dentil course runs just below the coping at the roof line.
