3-story residential building originally completed in 1881 as part of a row of narrow rowhouses, all only two bays wide. Like the others, it has a high stoop on the east side, leading up to a parlor-floor entrance framed by pilasters with a stylized entablature decorated with a rosette. The entrance has wood-and-glass double-doors topped by a glass transom. To the left of the stoop is an English basement and areaway behind a wrought-iron fence. This level has been converted to extra space for the Becco restaurant next door, and the wall has a large window covered by a green canvas awning. The windows on the upper floors of the facade, which is faced in salmon-colored brownstone, have full stone surrounds. Vents have been cut below the west windows on the top two floors, and the facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with end brackets framing smaller brackets alternating with modillions, above a frieze of five triangle-shapes below a corbel course.
