5-story residential/mercantile building completed in 1876. The facade is clad in red brick, with an iron staircase leading up from the sidewalk to the narrow, central, round-arched parlor-floor entrance, which is recessed and has a wrought-iron gate. To either side is a projecting bay window with a small, sloped shingle roof, intersecting with a broad band of shingles at the top of the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is a raised basement, with low windows; on the west is a triple-windows, and on the east a double-window and a round-arched basement entry down a short but steep set of steps.

The three upper floors have four bays of windows with bracketed brownstone sills and eared brownstone lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with fluted brackets and dentils.
