5-story residential building completed in 1871. The 4-bay front facade is clad in red brick above a pair of metal, wood, and glass storefronts around a narrow central entrance. The square-headed windows on the upper floors have stone sills, and a black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays. The facade is topped by a brick roof parapet with white metal coping. The side elevations are faced in grey stucco behind a short return of the brick from the front. The ground floor is occupied by Dark Side of the Moo burgers.
